Boredom isn’t always so bad. Sometimes the best ideas are born out of boredom. Remember when you were a kid and you would spend hours just staring at the ceiling? You’d come up with crazy ideas for projects and movies and toys and stories. Nothing could stop you from creating. Because you had nothing but time. Hours and hours stretched before you, especially in the summer, and you had all the freedom that your mind could offer. I used to spend days making art projects in my basement or exploring in the backyard. 

Where did all of that time go? Our capacity to do that is still there; we just have to tap into it every now and again. Sometimes we have to give ourselves time to explore the inner reaches of our minds. You never know what we will unlock once we just start trying.
