Oh yeah, baby. It’s Tuesday again. And that means it’s time for our weekly installment of our «Tolkien Tuesday» meme collection. Every week we put together a gallery of the latest and greatest Lord of the Rings memes to grace our feeds this week. This particular batch hails mostly from Facebook and Reddit, where we belong to thriving Lord of the Rings meme communities. 

These communities churn out an almost alarming amount of entertaining memes, some of them are pretty standard, while others are more based on inside jokes that have developed over the years. One of the more niche subjects of said inside-joke memes would be Grond, the battering ram used to break down the gates of Minas Tirith in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. We’ve focused more on memes that everyone can enjoy, memes about the series and memes that riff on common everyday themes, and use images from the films. They’re all a treat for any self-respecting LOTR fan.
