The changing of the seasons usually brings a change in the daily routines. Maybe you’re biking to work instead of driving. Maybe you’ve made the switch to iced coffee instead of hot. And maybe the sheer amount of pollen in the air leaves you unable to get out of bed in the morning, lest your face swell up. Spring comes with changes and evolutions, and that can be difficult to face. We’re shedding our winter personas and donning new ones, but there might be some growing pains in the process.
This is why it’s perfect to carve out some time for yourself this week. Even if it’s just a couple of hours, you have to give yourself time to rest and acclimate. This doesn’t have to mean doing a face mask and taking a bath, it can mean reorganizing your closet or taking a walk with no destination in mind. Whatever fills your cup fills your cup.
