It is official, we are squarely in «that’s a 2026 problem» season. Sure, Q4 ain’t over yet, and there are still a good few weeks until Christmas, but for pretty much anybody except the strongest workaholics, this is the time of the year when the brain switches into standby mode. Motivation can be a hard thing to come by in the workplace at the best of times, but this is when the difficulty moves up a level for sure.

There is no fast and easy way to magically want to do more work when people get into this kind of mindset, even with an overbearing boss breathing down their necks. At least there is the opportunity to complain about still being in the office, which takes its most humorous form in work memes. They are one of the more entertaining procrastination tools that we have at our disposal in the workplace and otherwise.
