As far as god-awful movies go, first we got Sonic, and now we have…Cats, which will be released in theaters tomorrow.

The egregiousness of the latter was brought to light by Twitter user River Wells, whose tweet about the movie‘s comically bad reviews went viral. We gotta say though, some of these reviews are so ridiculous that they almost make us want to go watch the movie. Almost.

We’re starting to think that maybe, just maybe, producers are making horrendously bad movies on purpose in order to get people to watch them ironically.
