Accidents happen, but they are not always easy to deal with in the aftermath. This is where you learn who your real friends are. If your friendship is easily jeopardized by a simple mistake, then it probably wasn’t a genuine friendship to begin with. Real friends let things slide when they need to. This is true with coworkers as well. The way you treat your coworkers is incredibly important to your happiness in the workplace. It’s best to commit to things going as smoothly as possible if you can help it.
