Some Memes to Make Everything Alright

Like a surprising amount of highly strung people, I never used to think that I was particularly anxious. Then I realized that I had spent so much of my life operating in Stress Mode that I was simply accustomed to it (and I got better at avoiding things to make it worse). Of course, self-awareness doesn’t necessarily lead to things getting better, it just makes them more obvious. Sometimes we don’t want obvious, we want to go back to ignoring stuff! 

It goes without saying that memes are perfect way to calm ourselves and pretend that all those stressful things aren’t happening. Like going back to work, for example. The pictures we’re scrolling through could care less about our worries, and that can help us chill out in turn. It’s a method that works for me, so I trust that you can relate as well. There’s only one way to find out.
