A Joyous Jumble of Random Memes & Tweets

Heads up: I’m a millennial. As a small child I used to play in the dirt, create morbid stories starring my American Girl Dolls, and play old Star Wars games on the family PC. Memes didn’t exist, and I didn’t have access to the internet. Many Boomers take pride in the fact that their means of entertainment were extremely analog when they were youths, but  I don’t. It’s actually my belief that memes would have enriched my younger days. I mean, it’s obvious that being exposed to memes as a kid would make you funnier – and possibly more creative if you tried your hand at creation. Memes teach people how to communicate through humor and inside jokes, they unify us. And after all, being meme-literate makes you better equipped to recognize important social cues, such as sarcasm and satire. It also helps you understand and avoid trolls. Every day I feel lucky that my job involves looking through memes to simply share them with other people. And I’ve got a lot of them right here for you.
