Most of us do not use our free will enough. We get so caught up in what we’re allowed to do that we don’t remember what we actually want to do. It’s so easy to forget that we could leave our house in a Halloween costume for no reason, and nobody could tell us not to. We could spend a whole day only eating Fruity Pebbles. We could call our middle school enemy out of the blue and ask them if their refrigerator is running. We could wear our pants inside out. We could throw our phones off the overpass and move to Toronto. There is literally nothing stopping us, besides the judgment of ourselves and others. 

The subject of this story used her free will in an incredible way but paid the price for it. She was left wondering, though, if she was in the wrong or if her boyfriend was.
