Arguably, one of the best aspects of the store is its return policy. Its approach is so shockingly liberal that a video of two of its employees explaining its secrets has recently gone viral. In it, @hanzbanannz and a colleague explain that everything from dead Christmas trees to five year old sheets are fair game when it comes to getting your money back.
