Teachers are some of the most harshly criticized groups of working professionals out there. Everyone has their own idea about how teachers should do their job, and few of them could do even half of what teachers do daily. So many parents expect teachers to be able to fix everything that’s wrong with their bad kids and try to place the blame anywhere but on themselves.

All of this criticism can get exhausting. At most jobs, employees only have a couple of supervisors, but teachers have administrative supervisors, plus tons of parents constantly looking over their shoulders. Working with kids all day long does not help either because kids love to criticize their teachers to their faces. That, along with the hours teachers have to put in outside of that, makes every day a battle.  

Although the semester has just started, it’s definitely possible to already feel burnt out by it. Teaching takes a lot out of you, but scrolling through some hilarious teacher memes might help replenish your spirit.
