We can put it off as long as we want, but eventually, we all have to do it. We have to see the dentist. You’re supposed to go every six months, which is hard to commit to for anything! I know some people who haven’t gone in over a decade. And not having dental insurance does not help. So when you finally go, you’re shaking in your boots. Who knows what they’re going to find in there?! You’ve been drinking red wine and coffee for years. You brush every day, but you definitely have not been flossing as much as you should be. Maybe if you triple-brush and double-floss the day before your appointment everything will be just fine… Right? Ok, let’s not think about it.
