Working out is a great way to burn some energy if you have excess. You might be thinking, excess energy? What am I, a kid? But sometimes excess energy feels more like anxiety than it does the need to go run around at recess. If you’ve ever sat down to your computer and felt like you’re about to crawl out of your skin, then you might have excess energy. If you’ve ever gone to bed only to find yourself bolt awake, unable to relax? You might have excess energy. And it might be helpful to channel this into another stream, like running.
