The best types of exercise are the ones that you can do without thinking about it. You’re so engaged in an activity that you forget you’re actually burning tons of calories and getting ripped. Dance can be a wonderful way to do this, especially if you’re in a place with good music and good friends. You’re cutting a rug and as soon as you know it you’ve spent 3 hours doing cardio and you’re ready to plotz. 

Sports are another great way to do this. One minute you’re playing pickup basketball with a couple of your friends at the neighborhood park, making layups and dribbling like a maniac. The next minute you’re incredibly in shape. And you didn’t think about anything but playing the game. Another way to do this is by playing with your kids or little cousins in the back yard. They will keep you fit without even trying.
