Having an iPad used to be the ultimate sign of frivolity and wealth. It had some of the capabilities of a phone and some of the capabilities of a computer, but was ultimately rather useless unless you really liked playing Candy Crush on the big screen. Nowadays, iPads can do a lot more, and the apps have gotten better, but the entitlement surrounding the world’s most expensive pad of paper remains. 

This woman wasn’t using her iPad anymore and decided that she could pass it along to a friend’s little sister as a gift. However, the gift immediately turned sour when the ungrateful 12-year-old started making demands on her ultimate displeasure with her sister’s friend’s generosity. Perhaps she didn’t deserve the gift after all, because a free $1000 screen wasn’t enough for her…
