Well, well, well, if it isn’t the children who have never lived without technology starting to outsmart us. As a parent, you feel very split: You feel proud that your kid is so clever and such a fast learner, but you also are starting to get undermined because now your rules against tech are getting «hacked.» That’s right, kids are learning how to bypass parental controls, unlock passcodes, and more. And they figure it out within minutes. It’s none of that «we’re in» hacker stuff that us early oughts kids remember from the movies. Nope. It’s just a 7-year-old and a knowledge of how to navigate apps or log into someone else’s wifi. Pretty creative stuff, but it’s just another new level parents have to figure out how to handle. 

On one side, you want to congratulate your kid for their intelligence and creativity, heck, you even want to reinforce their rebelliousness! But, on the other side, you want them to listen to you and obey your rules because you simply make them to keep them safe… Duh. But, if you remember as a kid, you don’t like to have to follow your parents rules and they are just their to ruin your life! LOL Oh, how the tables of turned…
