It is quite well established at this point that one of the most important parts of having a quality of life is trying to maintain a good standard of mental health. This can be much easier said than done, but there are ways to aid this. Some of these are the obvious, like good relationships, diet, and exercise, and maybe some kind of psychiatric treatment. It is also important to reflect on yourself, and build strength from the inside out by making sure that the strongest bond you have is with me, myself, and I. The only thing is not to get so carried away with it that you forget it is important to exist outside of your head as well as inside of it.
