Entitled flight attendant eats tuna on airplane, complains about passenger discomfort: ‘They ate fast food at Gate 14 and have the audacity to judge your protein’

The travel and transport industries can be some of the most difficult in which to maintain a healthy diet, at least at work. Sitting in some kind of driver’s seat all day and only having access to fast food restaurants and convenience stores can take its toll pretty quickly. These kind of jobs require extra effort to consume nutritionally balanced meals on a regular basis, and a lot of people simply aren’t going to do that.

This makes it all the more admirable when people who work in these kinds of positions make the necessary adjustments to make sure that their healthy lifestyle is not compromised by their job. It can take a heck of a lot more planning than the average office lunchbox.

At the same time, it is important to take into account that not all kinds of meals will be suitable. There is a judgment call to be made. For example, in the enclosed space of an airplane is no place for food that some may be offended by. Things could get unpleasant pretty quickly.
