The brother in the story below is in desperate need of this reminder, as he fully expects his sister, who is a stay-at-home parent, to take care of his baby once it’s born. Can you believe this guy? He wants to maintain his job and hobbies, while his sister takes care of his baby. 

And the kicker is that he didn’t even ask his sister if she’s okay with that. He just assumed that since she is already a stay-at-home mom, she wouldn’t mind simply adding another baby into the mix. 

When he announced this plan at Thanksgiving dinner to the rest of the family, his sister was flabbergasted. However, she did not want to make a scene, so she didn’t confront her brother at dinner. Instead, she confronted him in private.
