There’s a good reason why some people don’t talk about money with friends or family. The second a leech has an inkling that you have money to spare, they will sniff that out and do everything they can to slurp it out of you. That’s what leeches do! They’re slurpers! If you have a job that your family doesn’t understand, it’s much easier to be evasive about money questions. But if you’re a famous artist or athlete, it’s much harder to deny that you have money to spare, and it’s common for family members of famous people to feel entitled to that money.
