Are you an experienced driver or an amateur? That’s pointless; you both know how the road works

Driving around in a big city must be one of the scariest things ever. Hundreds of cars driven by crazy people who think they are in a Fast and Furious movie; pedestrians who are blind to the stoplights and taxi drivers addicted to honking their horns. It can be overwhelming at the very least. 

I only got my driver’s license over a year ago, and the exact number of times that I’ve used it is three. I go everywhere by bus or on foot. Maybe an Uber now and then. I absolutely love the kind of freedom that driving gives you, though. You can get anywhere you want without depending on other people to take you or on public transport functioning properly. Yes, freedom is a good reason to want to drive around alone. But you also have to pay for gas and insurance, so you also have that to consider. 

I do have a car, however, but I don’t want you to think I bought one I never use. I’m not some billionaire who buys cars for show. The car belongs to my family, and they definitely need it more than I do. Everywhere I go is relatively close to where I live (besides, I hardly ever leave the house if I can avoid it), but they have to drive for a few hours every day. So yeah, I don’t drive much even though it would definitely make my life easier in very specific situations. However, I can’t afford a car by myself anyway.

Even so, I do know the road, and I absolutely love to complain about traffic. It’s one of those adult life hobbies. That’s why I found a bunch of memes about it. If you’ve been driving for years, you’ll get a good laugh out of it and relate to everything. If you’re just starting, you’ll have a taste of what’s coming your way and lose every bit of fear, besides having fun with it.
