The air is finally crisp, and we’re here to enjoy it. 

There is nothing like a nice gust of wind on a nice fall day. The sun is shining, and there is nothing wrong. There is plenty to do, but you have the energy for it. You are in the right place at the right time, and everything feels like it’s going to be okay. This is what October is all about. This is why we keep showing up day after day, week after week. It’s what happens when things start to turn around. You can finally start to enjoy yourself. You wait all year for this kind of month. This is a beautiful and ripe time. Things are about to change, and you can feel it. Something in the air is telling you that everything is going right, and there is nothing you can do to stop it. 

October is a special month. It’s fall before things get really serious. It eases us into it, and it lets us get our toes wet before going in headfirst. It’s not the rush of the holiday season yet, but the leaves are changing, and it is beautiful and inspiring to walk around in it. People are decorating their stoops, and kids are thinking about getting Halloween costumes. We’re all coming together to make it happen, and it’s a beautiful thing, no matter who you are.
