Why do we come to the Internet? This is a question that some of us are asking ourselves these days as we try to figure out our relationships to the worldwide Webb. Maybe you’re like me and you grew up with the Internet and you don’t remember a time without it. You took it for granted for a long time and now you find yourself in a situation or you re-examining your relationship with it and figuring out if it’s healthy or not. It feels like everything is online nowadays. The way that we move through the world is filtered through the online world, no matter if you choose to engage with it or not. And it feels like there are a few were in fewer ways to unplug at the end of the day. But there’s a reason we keep coming back.
