There is a lot to dislike about doing laundry. Laundry is one of the most time-consuming chores. It might take a little more effort than mopping the floors or washing the dishes, but those tasks don’t take up hours of your already busy day! Laundry is also stupidly expensive, with one bottle of detergent setting you back $20! 

Even though laundry can be irritating, there are some upsides. I’ve spent some of my most meaningful hours of podcast listening in the basement laundry room of my building. Nobody can take those hours of laughing at Sibling Rivalry away from me. It’s also such a relief not to have to wear your most undesirable clothes anymore. Clean laundry gives you a fresh new start as long as you fold it straight away. If today is your laundry day (or today should be your laundry day), these laundry memes don’t need to be hung out to dry.
