There are cocktails that come and go in popularity and others that stand the test of time. For example, the negroni sbagliato was huge this summer, but has already come and gone. But a classic margarita is always in style. 

There’s a cocktail that’s been popular for some time now, that it might become a timeless classic: The espresso martini. This bad boy involves vodka, a coffee-base liqueur, and espresso all shaken (or stirred) together, served over ice in a martini glass, usually topped with whole espresso beans. It’s delicious! You can even get it decaf if caffeine isn’t your thing. 

As you can see, it hits both huge groups of beverage fandom, the coffee snobs and the cocktail elites. So it has strong potential to truly get it’s name in the cocktail stars.
