It’s not easy to face yourself. You are your own biggest enemy! So that’s why you should be very proud of yourself for taking that scary step into your self-healing journey by starting therapy. Or heck, maybe you’ve been in therapy for years. I was in therapy for five years skirting around all the issues until I was finally able to talk about everything and make progress. It takes time and healing is never linear. That’s why you need a tool to help you along the way. Something that gives your mind, body, and soul a break from the gravity of existing. Yes, memes are the cure. Mental health is important and being able to laugh at your woes from time to time is also important. That’s where memes can help you out!
