We all are well aware that to ensure we sleep well at night, we should steer clear of our phones for as long as we can before going to sleep. It is no news that scrolling on our phones is not very healthy, and is definitely affecting the quality of our sleep.
However, we are all also human beings, who get used to certain routines and traditions, like the tradition of scrolling through our phones for 3 hours before bed (okay, it may be more of an addiction than a tradition, but who’s keeping track?). We know it is not good for us, yet we still do it. We may regret it the next morning, but that usually doesn’t stop us from doing the exact same thing the very next night.
