Everyone seems to associate coziness with fall. We think about curling up with a hot tea while the leaves change, planning our Halloween costumes. There’s something about cold weather that ups our urge to get lost under a pile of blankets for a while. I’m here to say, though, that coziness is equally important in Spring. Sure, we might be shedding layers and frolicking a bit more in the meadow, but the need to read a book in a comfy outfit hardly ever wanes, if you’re me. 

Plus, greenery and flowers and fresh-mowed laws are equally cozy as pumpkins and chai lattes. It’s all about perspective. So if you need a little dose of what the Scandinavians call «hygge,» you’re in the right place. These memes don’t raise your heart rate, they lower it. They inspire you to pick out a good book and lay out a gingham blanket in the grass.
