It just makes your life better if there’s a furry friend around. I don’t make the rules, I just report on them. You know this if you’ve ever had a pet of any kind. Sometimes they’re a pain in the neck to deal with when they wake you up in the middle of the night, but it’s all worth it when you come home to their sweet embrace. They might drive you up the wall when they get obsessed with a new toy that emits the squeak of a malnourished bird, but it’s all worth it when you see them wagging their tail with a ferocity that can only suggest love. 

You might have flashes of regret when you see how expensive it is to take them to a vet, but that all washes away when you look in that cute face, and all of your stress melts away. This is the life of a dog owner. Sure, there might be some early mornings and late nights, but you wouldn’t trade them for the entire world.
