Gym bros get a bad rap for being stupid. But it’s not fair that when you work out, all your blood goes to your muscles so you don’t have any left to power your brain! It’s no fair. Being a meathead is freedom. Freedom from knowing all the things that are bad in the world, freedom from having to care about anything other than lifting heavy objects, and freedom from not being able to open jars. They say ignorance is bliss, and if that’s true, the gym rat is the most blissful creature on the planet. 

Not that you can’t be smart and strong, it’s just that people are usually only good at one or two things at a time. If you can lift a car, you might not be the most learned man in the land. You don’t have to be! You can lift a car! And you can look at memes and laugh. And that’s enough.
