There’s arguably nothing more important than having a good attitude. If you’re a person who wants to have good relationships with other people (which hopefully is everyone), then having a good attitude is huge. If you’re not easy to deal with, then nobody will want to deal with you. It’s just the simple arithmetic of being a person. Sometimes it’s not easy to have a good attitude, though. 

Sometimes life will throw you a wrench and things get tough and you want to do nothing more than curse out everyone in the room. You want to throw everything out the window and go home to watch TV forever, neglecting all your obligations. You want to sit down in the middle of a shopping mall and refuse to get up, like a stubborn dog. But you’ve got to push through all those feelings in order to put on a smile and make it happen.
