Conviction and charisma, though they’re two adjectives that are not often used together, are both equally important characteristics. Conviction means you’re dedicated to an idea, a project, or a way of thinking. It means that you have the grit, gumption, and follow-through that it takes to get something done. It’s the thing that gets you out of bed in the morning, makes you lace up your shoes, and gives you a sense of purpose. 

Charisma, on the other hand, is all about how you communicate with others. They say you can’t teach charisma, and maybe that’s true. It’s all about your ability to get a room on your side. It’s how you make people feel comfortable around you. It’s how you sparkle. If you have both of these qualities together, then you’re sure to accomplish whatever it is you’d like to accomplish.
