Christmas is coming whether you want it to or not, and I, for one, don’t feel ready. I have only gotten one present, and when I’ve got friends, family, and roommates to buy for, that’s simply not enough. This weekend is the time for me to batten down the hatches and fearlessly face more NYC retail stores than I’ve been to since I moved here. 

Even though we are in the thick of Christmastime, I don’t need everything to be all about Christmas right now. I’m still in the mood to watch unseasonal movies and scroll through unseasonal memes. Sure, I’d like to sprinkle in some Rudolph memes and viewings of The Shop Around The Corner, but sparingly.
