Who says that juggling classes, deadlines, and school gossip doesn’t come with a little fun along the way?

When we were in school, some old folks would say, «Cherish this moment, because it goes by so fast and you’ll remember it forever.» I can’t say I don’t agree with that now that some time has passed since I graduated, but while I was still in school, hearing that phrase almost made me want to take off my ears. Because, yeah, I get it, it’s all fun and games when going to school comes with a side of drama that no one really appreciates. 

The gossip in the hallway, thinking about what to wear and what’s trending to be on top of fashion, exams, projects, deadlines… It’s a lot for some kids! We can agree there were some funny moments in the classroom that made our whole experience ten times better. Let’s never forget those peers who did what it took to make the rest of the class laugh… to those we owe them big time. 

I had a good experience since I went to a small public school, so there’s nothing really big going on. I made some good friends and honestly had a blast. When I got to college, I realized my experience wasn’t the same for everyone, and I can say now that I appreciate my school! Now… deadlines and exams came double-charged in college, and men… I barely made it out. Still had a good time, though.
