I’m one of those spineless trend followers who started ordering natural orange wine at restaurants because it sounds cool. In my defense, I also like the way it tastes. But could I tell you what makes it orange? Absolutely not. I only know that all the hip girls are ordering it, so I follow, rank and file. Sometimes it’s nice to participate in a trend.
