This week, breaking news hit everyone who cares about animals, and this one is a doozy. I don’t know if you all remember the March 2020 Netflix hit series Tiger King. I know I certainly don’t, at least not the details. Only the big plot points stick out in my head, and even those are a little fuzzy (fuzzy like the tigers, am I right???). One of the accusations that stick out in my mind is that Carol Baskin fed her dead husband’s remains to her tigers. I, like so many millions of people with stupid early pandemic brains, believed those accusations. Well, I’m happy to report that after three years of unanswered questions, we finally know that Carol Baskin did not feed her husband to her tigers! He has been found alive and well after years of being presumed dead or missing. This is fantastic news for everybody who loves animals and hates murder!
