It is widely recommended that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but it is undeniably something that many people struggle with. Why bore yourself with exercise when the option to engage in bed rotting is right there? While we understand that the act of enjoying memes isn’t exactly contributing to that magical two and a half hours that is meant to keep us healthy, we would like to think that if you look at enough of them, there comes a tipping point where you feel like you have no choice but to stop feeling guilty, get on your feet, and move around.
