Do you ever look down at your hands or worse, the mirror, and say to yourself, «Who the heck am I? How did I get here?» This happens acutely to me about every other week, and in smaller doses a lot more. What can I say, I’m an existential kinda girl. It’s hard for me to get over the form of everything and focus on the content, the meat. You’re trying to tell me directions to the nearest train station and all I can focus on is the way your lips move and the fact that there are sidewalks. It makes it kind of hard to get things done sometimes.

I remember trying to read a book at my college library and thinking «How am I supposed to focus on this book when I have no idea how I got here.» Needless to say, I skimmed. These memes make me feel heard as a member of the existential community. Maybe you too.
