Sometimes you just need to relax. You’ve had a tough day and everybody’s been asking questions that you may or may not know the answer to. Your phone has been blowing up from every angle and you are fighting the urge to throw it into the ocean. You question all the choices that you made to get you to this point and you’re coming up empty. Or maybe you’re just tired because you only had one cup of coffee today instead of two and usually it’s been taking two to get yourself into a good place mentally. Either way, you know when it’s time to relax.
You may have to force it into your busy schedule, but force it you will. Because you know if you don’t take the time to rest right now, it will come back to bite you later in the week. It’ll all come crashing down and then you’ll have to cancel your weekend plans, and you don’t want to cancel your weekend plans because you’re seeing that new movie in theaters and you’re really excited about it.
