25+ Funny Exercise Memes for Workout Inspo (April 19, 2025)

One of my favorite forms of exercise is taking an exceptionally long walk. But it’s not just any walk, it’s a purposeful walk. Maybe I have plans in a different part of town in a couple of hours. Maybe there’s a new coffee shop I want to try a couple of miles away. Maybe there’s a park that I haven’t been to yet and I would like to try out their park benches. 

This is the kind of walk that I’m talking about. You might call it urban hiking, I call it the easiest way to get exercise that I know. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes, some headphones, and a GPS (unless you’re one of those freaks who has a really gifted sense of direction). Then the hours and steps just fly by and before you know it you’ve been walking for 3 hours and the calories are continuing to burn.
