Some days, you don’t have a whole lot of juice in your tank. Maybe you’ve had a rough week, and you’re just drained from exerting yourself. Maybe you’re feeling a little bit under the weather, and who isn’t this time of year? Maybe Life is asking a lot of you right now, and you’re buckling under the weight. Whatever it is, you’re at your wits’ end. And where do you go when you’re at your wits’ end?
Everyone has different strategies for refilling their tank when they find it’s on empty. Some people like to indulge in their hobbies, like sewing, doing puzzles, or reading a good, juicy novel. Some just succumb to the egg and lie in their bed, doing nothing, watching terrible YouTube videos, and avoiding responsibility. And some of us go where the memes are. I would argue that this is the healthiest coping strategy of them all.
