Parents cling to their aging children, hoping they can somehow reverse the sands of time to get their little baby back, but it doesn’t work like that, does it? 

A teenager was ready to set off on her own and headed to college with a new lease on life. However, that adventurous mentality was immediately squelched by the smothering helicopter parenting that followed her all the way to her college campus. Since she was 12, her parents had her cellphone location on their phones to keep tabs on her whereabouts, but now as an adult, as a 19-year-old, she wanted both her freedom and her privacy. 

Lo and behold, when the clingwrap parents back home found out she was radio silent on their GPS tracking app, they flipped out and retaliated in the most unhinged way: with an invoice.
