Summer break may be over, but these back-to-school memes are keeping late mornings, zero homework, and vacation still alive.

Agh… I can feel the pain and sadness in every student who just realized that summer break is officially over and that it’s time to go back to school. I remember when I was in school, and the countdown that I used to do in my head to see how many days of relaxation and happiness I had left… and when that number was narrowing down, it was just so sad.

But I’m not here to make you feel worse about something that we all know is inevitable. Going back to school is a fact, and we have to look at the bright side of it. Of course, there will be parts that we don’t like, such as homework, studying at night, exams, etc., but school can be one of the funniest and most positive experiences of every teen.

When you’re older, you will remember those days in school when you were with your friends all day, happy to see them, and creating memories together that will last your whole life. Because that’s what school is about: besides studying, it’s a place where you will meet people who will be in your life for a very long time. So, cherish those moments in school because you will miss them later.

It’s okay if you want to feel sad about returning because maybe you don’t want to face homework and still want to sleep in and stay at home relaxing all day… but remember these words and be happy about going back. And make sure you enjoy every day of it, because it goes by so fast. And I’m sure that you will miss it eventually.
