Have you made a parent laugh today?

Help your moms and dads of the friend group out! They have had to do some crazy things this week. Why? Because it’s back-to-school time! Can you imagine having to do all the morning school routines again even though you aren’t even the one going to school? I’m crying just thinking about it! I had to go to school SO early back in the 90s. Why do they do that to children? But also, why do they do that to parents? I suppose it’s for the 9-to-5er parents who want to get their kids to school before work. But like, dang, that’s still exhausting.

Also, the switch from summer break to school time is mental whiplash. You go from summer days of playing and whimsy (also stressful though…), to regimented mornings and evenings that require you and your kids to follow a strict schedule. Not to mention the math homework. List, teach, I was always taking the grade below me’s math class, and I still could only skate by with a sympathy C. Now you expect me to help someone else learn the math I was unable to learn? LOL That’s almost as funny as these memes below. Almost.
