There may be no such thing as the perfect food, but many would agree that the humble taco gets pretty darn close. All that seasoning and all of those tasty things wrapped into one handy little package (not that anybody is going to stop at one, of course) is not something that every kind of meal is capable of. You would be hard-pressed to find anybody who wouldn’t agree that tacos are a beautiful invention. Even those adverse to spice can find some comfort in a mild Old El Paso kit.
