There are a number of things that make Costco great. For starters, it’s probably the only place in the world where you can buy industrial quantities of regular household good, while munching on a free dumpling sample in the jacuzzi/ice cream aisle. The chaotic mess of the entire warehouse-of-a-store is what gets the shoppers all riled up. We want to buy 4 gallons of jarred green olives, an 88″ TV, and a lifetime’s worth of Kirkland brand toilet paper– and we want to buy those things in one place! So if you’ve ever wandered the sales floor of a Costco and accidentally spent $600 on random bulk items you don’t need, you’re not alone. And if you have a family of 10 or the world’s largest pantry, Costco is incidentally the best place to do your grocery shopping. Why not spend an afternoon loading insane amounts of products onto your pallet-cart; afterwards you can reward yourself with a $1.50 hotdog as a little treat.
