Summer is rapidly approaching and I hope more than anything that you get to go on a fun trip this summer. I hope you get to jet off to a special location, even if it’s just for a couple of days. Even if it’s just to the next town over that has a slightly better Applebees. I wish this for you. 

Because there’s nothing more exciting than getting ready to go on a trip. I’m talking after you’ve sorted through the logistics, the flights and hotels are booked, and all there is left to do is think about how much fun you’re going to have. Maybe you’re thinking about all the fun things you’re going to see, the meals you’re going to have, or the outfits you’re going to wear. You’re looking at photos and daydreaming. You’re texting the folks you’re going on the trip with with ideas and plans and exclamation marks.
