As a millennial, you don’t want to end up like all the older generations who hate on the younger generations just because they do things differently than you. «Oh, you kids and your crazy lingo!» Oh, you youngin’s and your weird ideas of fun.» Like, when we were young it was the boomers saying we were addicted to video games, and now it’s them saying the Gen Z are addicted to their phones. We just want everyone to get along, us millennials have lived through enough negative tension within humanity. 

That being said, there are some things that the younger generation will just never understand. Like, a Friday night at Blockbuster. Or staying up all night to AIM your crush. Or making mix tapes. Or the epic crossover episodes on our beloved kids shows. Ahhh, they really don’t make ‘em like the used to, right? Sure, some Gen Z might have been little kids during that time, but they weren’t in it at the height of their growing up. It was a wild time.
