Do you ever just accidentally quote an old movie, tv show, or even commercial from the 90s and it just makes your heart happy for a second before you get blown into a whirlwind of nostalgia? Real millennials will understand that Mean Girls was an integral part of your coming of age when you get reminiscent after saying, «the limit does not exist!» Or when you’re cutting an onion and appreciate the metaphor it’s layers can provide—real millennials know that in 2001 you probably saw Shrek in theaters. Sigh, those were some bomb times. Now you’re at work scrolling though memes trying to forget the fact that you’re supposed to work until you expire and you’ll probably never be able to afford a house… Let’s try not to get stuck in the negatives and keep on scrolling through some millennial throwback memes.
