Women are told what to wear and how to look at every age. You’d think by the time you were a senior citizen, your peers would cut you some slack about your appearance, but that is unfortunately not the case. Older people can be the most judgemental critics of others’ appearances. If I hear one more bitter old lady complain about somebody wearing a crop top who they deem undeserving of wearing a crop top, I’m going to scream! 

Sometimes, people complain about others’ outfits because they’re insecure that they don’t look as good as them. If you’ve ever been told «they’re just jealous» by your mom after you’ve been picked on, you know this to be true. One older influencer recently got a lot of slack on Facebook for wearing a beautiful brown bodycon dress that looks fantastic on her. As expected, a lot of bitter haters tried to dull her sparkle, but not without some pushback.
